Info

Choralspace is bringing a major international choral project to Florence. Under the conduction of Simon Halsey, singers from around the world will come together for a unique musical experience. The Orchestra della Toscana will provide the musical accompaniment for the evening.

Since 2021, CHORALSPACE has been organizing major international choral projects at the Philharmonie in Berlin, involving singers from all over the world. Following the first international project hosted in November 2025 in the completely sold-out hall of the Musikverein in Vienna, “PUCCINI IN FLORENCE” represents the foundation’s second major international project abroad—and the first featuring two concerts at the Teatro Verdi in Florence.
The international choir, with approximately 800 participants, will be arranged both on stage and in the audience in an evocative 360° configuration, creating a truly unique acoustic and visual experience. As the Berlin daily Tagesspiegel wrote: “Even the simple act of the participants turning the page is an experience.”

Participating choirs
Choralspace Festivalchor, Siparantum Choir, Singakademie Potsdam, Projektchor Hamburg, Mitglieder des Motettenchor Lörrach, Marzahner Kammerchor, Marlborough Chamber Choir, Lukas Kantorei, Luisen-Vocalensemble, Festivalchor Lübeck, Cremantus Societas, Coro Vallongina di Fiorenzuola d’Arda, Coro Polifonico “San Francesco d’Assisi” di Terni, Chorgemeinschaft Schöneiche, Chamber Choir Flanders, Associazione Corale la Fenice, Aristotle University Choir, Annecy Chœur Éphémère, Allcantabile.
